Billing questions, answered

Is there really a free plan?
Yes. You can create, download, and print waste transfer notes for free with no account required. The free tier is unlimited and always will be. Paid plans add cloud storage, e-signatures, team features, and compliance modules.
Can I change plan later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings, Plan and billing. Upgrades apply straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period; downgrades credit unused time to your next invoice.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade to a plan without certain features, those features become read-only. You can still view and export everything.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Every paid plan can be billed yearly with 2 months free: Solo £120, Carrier £290 and Fleet £690 a year. You can switch between monthly and yearly any time from Settings, Plan and billing, and only pay the difference.
Is there a discount for charities or community groups?
Yes. Contact us at hello@qwtn.co.uk and we will sort out a discounted or free plan for eligible organisations.
